House of Harmony is a picturesque zen house in the best spot of Antiparos at St. Georgio (Ag. Georgios). It's situated in a beautiful environment with all the necessary comforts including a newly installed air conditioning system, an amazing sea view, which makes it ideal for a super chill and relaxing holiday. The beach is just 30 meters away! The space House of Harmony is a newly eco-built house, following the Cycladic architecture and using simplicity, elegance, and tradition, as guidelines. The house is designed in such a way that it offers a sense of tranquility to the visitor and yet it is so perfectly humane that it combines comfort and functionality together with traditional and modern concepts. The house is 30 meters away from the beach and this offers gorgeous views of the landscape, the sea and the famous, for its archeological findings, island of Despotiko. You can see those beautiful views from every room in the house - even while lying in bed or on the comfortable living room sofa. There are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and access to the big balcony space facing the seafront. The rooms are decorated with simplicity and eco-friendly furniture. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while one of the bedrooms is a private "suite" located on the mezzanine level. The living room and the open plan kitchen is a high ceiling airy space filled with ample sunlight all day long. The comfortably sized patio is a sun-drenched oasis and it is one of the most delightful spots of the house, with a beautiful marble table and benches build around it, placed under the nice shade of a traditional pergola. The house has its own seasonal fresh produce, since part of the land is biological farmed offering delicious tomatoes, pomodorinos, zucchinis, eggplants, melons and more. Pick your fresh vegetables and fruits and enjoy the gifts of mother earth. These, of course, are available depending on the season. Guest access Directions to the house: First, you need to arrive in Paros island. By Plane: There are daily flights from Athens international airport to Paros. By Ferry: A number of ferries run on a regular schedule, departing from the port of Piraeus to Paros. Once you have arrived in Paros take a taxi or a bus to Pounta. Then take the little ferry boat from Pounta to Antiparos which is a 5-minute trip. Once you arrive at the port of Antiparos, you take a left on the main road and you drive south following the signs to Ag. Georgios. The house is located 13 km from Antiparos village a 15-minute drive. Other things to note What's Around the house A small pebbled beach is right in front of the house 30 meters away. Usually, in the low season, this small beach is empty, so it almost becomes a private beach. This is our favorite place to hang out. There is larger beach which is 100 meters away to the left of the house. This is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It's a sandy beach with shallow waters, very friendly for kids. Nearby and to the right of the house, about 5 minutes walking distance, there are three family-run tavernas and a quiet café-lounge bar. One of the tavernas is the famous Captain Pipinos which serves delicious seafood. St. Georgio (Ag. Georgios) is one of the most quiet spots on the island and for many the most beautiful. It sits directly opposite the mystical island of Despotiko, which radiates a sense of calmness and serenity around the whole area. The recent archaeological discoveries have uncovered a temple dedicated to Apollo, the ancient Greek God of sun, light, healing, and prophecy. It is certainly worth a visit to feel the energy. Despotiko also has two exotic and beautiful beaches and a small chapel making this a magical place. The pristine green/blue waters make these beaches an experience never to forget.
