Welcome to our home, quiet, quiet, countryside. We just finished renovating the living area. Our house offers peaceful views, bright rooms, vintage / industrial decor. Located 50 minutes from Lyon, 35 minutes from Roanne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, and 25 minutes from Beaujolais, the location is ideal for those wishing to discover the large towns and small villages around. The space We have just completed the renovation of the habitable part of our house which was built in 1968. It has a large wooded plot, 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom in mezzanine bed (the room of our daughter who also has a breathtaking view of the meadows), 1 small office with 1950s atmospheres with convertible sofa, a kitchen with industrial decoration open to dining room and living room, a small bathroom very mineral (wood, stone, metal) and a toilet. Our household appliances are available: oven, hob, range hood, dishwasher, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, microwave, fridge, hair dryer.
