Welcome to Marzy, a small peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, in the Yonne. Only 20 minutes from the A6 (exit 21 Nitry or exit 22 Avallon), our charming house awaits you for a quiet stay, between river, vines and heritage. The space 🏡 A cocoon by the water. Located on the banks of the Serein, the house is ideal for a couple, alone or with a young child.
