Welcome to Marzy, a small peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, in the Yonne. Just 20 minutes from the A6 (exit 21 Nitry or exit 22 Avallon), our charming house awaits you for a quiet stay, between river, vineyards and heritage. The space 🏡 A cocoon by the water. Located on the banks of the Serein, the house is ideal for a couple, alone or with a young child. It sleeps up to 3 people comfortably, with a sofa bed available for an extra charge (up to 2 extra beds). 🌳 The outdoors • A small garden overlooking the hosts (nice, we swear) • A shady and quiet corner behind the house, without overlooking • A huge wooded garden to share with us and the birds 📵 Disconnection guaranteed There is no Wi-Fi in the house here, we catch dragonflies, not social networks 🐶 Pets welcome We accept pets upon request – please specify their number and size.
