Fully renovated one bedroom apartment in a prime location on the boundary of Cremorne and Mosman. Supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and cinema all within walking distance. Bus stops to local Ferry Wharf, city, Manly etc located at the end of the street. The apartment is the lower level of a family home, has its own private entrance and is totally separate to the upper level. Please note that there are 15 stairs to access the apartment. The space Positioned in a prime location the apartment is ideal for solo adventurers, business travellers, couples and overseas travellers visiting family in the area. We are a family of four and have our family home in the level above the apartment. The ceilings are insulated to minimize any noise to our guests. Although we are upstairs there are separate entry points and no shared space with the apartment downstairs. We have two cats who are very friendly. Once they have said hello to you they will mostly mind their own business. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment. This includes: Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and desk A fully functional kitchen with microwave, cooktop, oven, pots and pans etc Bathroom with washing machine Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel Hairdryer Iron and ironing board Free wireless internet Bluetooth Bose Speaker Lounge room with TV and Netflix Towels and bed linen provided Tea and coffee provided Breakfast for first morning provided Guests have shared access to the garden and washing line. Parking on the street immediately outside is restricted to 2 hours Monday to Saturday from 8am to 10pm. Sunday is unrestricted. There is also unrestricted street parking 300m down the street. Other things to note Please note that we have quiet hours between 10.00pm and 7.00am During this time we ask that guests please limit all noise including TV and loud voices.
