Large, quiet and comfortable two-family villa in the center with a large garden. Living room, dining area, large kitchen, laundry, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all with window and basement with board games and table soccer. Outdoor parking and garage for bicycles. The space The living room with fireplace makes the atmosphere cozy even in winter, while in summer the house always stays cool. The large basement with a foosball table allows children and teenagers to have fun even when they are alone. Guest access The laundry room with washing machine, iron, clothes rack and detergents is available to guests, as are all the other rooms in the house and the surrounding garden.
