Large lovely home, best location !

My home is a bright 160 sq. meter family house on two floors with a nice private garden and free privet parking in front of the house. It is located right in the heart of Reykjavík 101, with in a few minutes walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, museums, swimming pool and bus station and the main pick up area for day tours is located by the side of Hallgrímskirkja which is at the top of the street. It is a prime location right in the very center but in a quiet street. The space A bright 160 square meter family house on two floors with a nice private garden and free privet parking in the garden.First floor; a large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sun. A spacious living and dining room which can easily accommodate four to six people. The first floor also features one single bedroom with a good desk, wardrobe and a 90 cm wide bed. Second floor; three bedrooms, two large double bedrooms, one with 180cm wide bed , the other big bedroom has a big cal- king size bed ( 184*215 cm) Third bedroom is smaller and has a single bed and a good wardrobe. A nice bathroom with a shower and a washing machine in the bathroom. My favourite room in the house is the large overbuilt balcony on second floor with plenty of light and a great view. It only takes a little sun to heat the room up to Mediterranean temperatures, you can then open any window for a refreshing sunbath :) My place is a very clean and cozy family home wich i have lived in for the last 20 years, a authentic icelandic home ! You will enjoy it ! Guest access The full use of the house, garden and free parking on the premises. Free wi-fi internet connection. One set of towels and linen each week. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and for your coffee you can choose an Italian or American style. To welcome you I will leave in the refrigerator a little starting kit (milk, butter, bread, coffee, tea.. ) Looking forward to see you in Iceland!
