The space With an area of 49 m², the cottage consists of a large living room/kitchen, a bedroom with large closets (1 bed 140*190 cm), a bathroom, a toilet and a storage room. Access by a few steps of stairs. Interior amenities: The vacation rental is well equipped, so that you don't miss anything: very complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, microwave, freezer, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, etc. and more (very well-stocked library, first aid kit, etc.). Outdoor amenities: You can enjoy two terraces, each with panoramic sea views. The first, wooden, overlooks the living room/kitchen. The second, just below the cottage, is in the shade of the holm oaks and is constantly ventilated by the sea breeze... very pleasant on hot days. Garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue. Water is free. An electricity package of 8 kwh/day is included in the price. Beyond that, the price is 0.21 euros per additional kWh (on electrical statement made on the day of arrival and the day of departure), EDF rate in force. Housekeeping is not included. It is offered as an option for a fee of 35 euros. If you do not wish to take this option and do the cleaning yourself, we ask you to return the house in the same condition as you found it, i.e. clean (appliances, floors, sanitary facilities, etc.). Regarding beds: you can bring your own sheets or rent them for an additional 7 euros per bed. Similarly, for towels, you can bring them or rent them for 4 euros per person (this includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel, 2 gloves). All these options are to be paid on site, depending on what you decide. You will undoubtedly come across our chickens, who have the chance to roam freely on the large grounds. We gladly accept pets, up to a maximum of 2, provided that they are kept on a leash outside, that you pick up their droppings and that they do not climb on the beds, the sofa, etc. (out of respect for possible future allergic tenants, thank you for them!). A surcharge of 3 euros per day per animal will then be requested. A security deposit of 250 euros will be required upon arrival.
