The iconic Arthur's Seat is the backdrop to our apartment. Located in the Holyrood area of the City Centre, you will find yourself surrounded by a multitude of quirky cafes, bars and restaurants. This is a perfect location/base to explore both the Old and New Towns of Edinburgh. 24 Hour Self-Check-In, ensuring your arrival is stress-free and suited to your schedule. *No parties* The space Bright, warm and spacious. Fully furnished, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The living/dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor. The bathroom and two double bedrooms are upstairs. 2 BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: 1 double bed Bedroom 2: 1 emperor bed (very large, 2 meters wide) ALL THE BEDDING & TOWELS PROVIDED BATHROOM Warm bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. KITCHEN A well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare a hearty meal. It features modern appliances, including a cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. It is also stocked with a variety of crockery, cutlery, glassware and essential kitchenware. LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and is perfect to sit and relax around. The flat also benefits from: - Free unlimited and superfast fibre Wi-Fi for guests who bring their own laptops & internet devices, -Widescreen TV in the living room, -Gas central heating in all rooms. Guest access Exclusive access to the whole apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 2 flights of stairs to get to it (no lift/elevator). Other things to note ▪️No lift in the building: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no lift so is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. ▪️No luggage storage facilities at the property: If you are arriving earlier than 4pm, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh. You can conveniently store your luggage at both Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station.
