Quiet cozy lock out studio located in Aspen. Great location in a quiet locals neighborhood with a beautiful 10-15 minute walk to downtown and surrounded by trail heads for your hiking pleasure. Located on a dead end street, the studio has no one walking above you so is very quiet. It’s totally private with an efficiency kitchen, a high ceiling and french doors that open to a small patio with a table and chairs in a garden area. The bath is large with a good tub and shower. There is a Murphy pull down bed to optimize space. There’s also a queen size bed in a very shallow loft. Please note there is a ring doorbell that videos you entering and leaving. This enables me to know there are the correct number of guests and when at night I can turn the lights off outside. The studio has a common entrance with my home but once inside the studios door you have total privacy. I've lived in Aspen for over 30 years and I can point you in the right direction for fun, places to eat and things to do. Just ask, phone or text me. The neighborhood is where locals actually live! There is a free bus that comes every twenty minutes to downtown 2 short blocks away giving you access to the ski resorts, Maroon Bells, the airport, or down valley cities You can walk to town on a beautiful path in 10-15 minutes. There's also a We -cycle station for free 30 minute bike rental a block away.
