Small children "should not" be left unattended. (When you book our house, you are responsible for your children's safety). -By renting the whole house, you get the whole house. -*NO PARKING IN FRONT OF OUR NEIGHBORS HOMES ALLOWED!- (Extra parking available up our street-At top of Sicily Street). -We only ask that you treat our home as you would your own home. -You may enjoy our rooftop deck, however please be safe. We love to interact with our guests, but we also respect their privacy. We always welcome questions and inquiries! If you stay at our house, you will immerse yourself in the vibe of the Morro Bay life. We are located in a small, quiet neighborhood that is very low-key and friendly. Many of our residents are retired or young and love the beach life; surfing, hiking, kayaking, wine, food, and nature are all part of who we are. We really love our neighbors, and we would like to keep a good relationship with them, so please be respectful guests. -Please limit the # of cars in front of the house to 3 maximum- NO PARKING IN FRONT OF OUR NEIGHBORS HOUSES PLEASE. IF YOU NEED MORE PARKING, there's some up the street (AT THE TOP OF SICILY ST). Thank you! -NO LOUD PARTIES ALLOWED! Our neighbors have our cell #'s and have been instructed to call us immediately if our guests are being too loud or not following the 7pm noise ordinance. -# OF GUESTS OVERNIGHT MAY NOT EXCEED # OF GUESTS BOOKED. **We will also impose a $50 (loud guests) to $100 (too loud guests) charge at the end of your stay if any of our neighbors notify us of disturbances. **Also, if our housekeeper stays extra time to clean after any guests stay (>5hrs)-guests will be charged additional rate of $25/hr over the 5hrs (charged at end of stay).
