Beautiful UPSTAIRS unit of a duplex ON the sand. Unbeatable location! 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has two queen sized beds. Other rooms have 1 queen sized bed each. If you are looking to enjoy restaurants, nightlife, surfing, or a relaxing day on the beach you can walk to it all at our place! Garage space included!! We also have a private back patio off the master bedroom The space We have many beach toys, towels, and chairs included with the price of your rental. Everything you need for your perfect beach getaway! Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a sunset glass of wine on our shared beach front patio! We also have a private patio off the back master bedroom. Park your car in our enclosed garage and never move it! In the heart of the Newport Beach Peninsula on Oceanfront. Walking distance to Sanchos Tacos, Lido Village, Malarky's, and so much more. Other popular restaurants, bars, and attractions (Balboa Island, boat and kayak rentals, Newport Beach Pier) are a bike ride away. If you'd like to venture outside of Newport our home is located close to 55 Freeway for a short drive to other attractions in Orange County/Southern California such as Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, and other beach cities. We have a full size washer and dryer located in the garage of the home in case you need to do any laundry on your vacation. Guest access PARKING: You will have access to ONE parking space inside of the standard 2 car garage (the downstairs unit will have the 2nd space). Lifted vehicles or oversized vehicles that do not fit in a standard garage will not fit in our garage. Street parking is completely free if you do have more than one vehicle for your stay. Our advice would be to not move the street parked car and use only the garage parked one should you need to to. If you do have a vehicle parked on the street just be careful of any street sweeping days as Newport is diligent about ticketing! CHECK-IN: Check-In begins at 4pm and is done all electronically. Instructions for keyless code entry will be sent to you. CHECK-OUT: Check out is at 10am. Don't worry about a thing. You are on vacation and we do not expect you to lift a finger just like a hotel would! We will take care of EVERYTHING just enjoy the day. Travel safely to your next destination!
