Welcome to our apartment – ​​it is cozy, welcoming and very comfortable, with a modern interior and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located 50-60 m. from the beginning of the central pedestrian zone of Blagoevgrad. On the ground floor of the block there is a nice small restaurant with a pleasant interior, good service and delicious cuisine, and nearby you will find cafes, pharmacies, 24-hour shops and everything you need for your convenience and pleasant stay. The space The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a new building in the city center, from where a relaxing view of the nearby pine forest opens. Access to the apartment is provided both by an elevator with a separate entrance directly from the street, and by stairs. The space includes a practical and bright living room with a comfortable kitchenette, a pleasant bedroom, a wide hallway, a modern bathroom with a shower cabin and a terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, which, if necessary, stretches out and turns into a bedroom (140/200 cm.), a flat LED TV with many channels to choose from: Bulgarian, English, Russian, French, Italian, etc., a coffee table and two side tables. The kitchenette is equipped with brand new and modern appliances - a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, hobs, an extractor hood, an espresso machine with capsules, a toaster and an electric kettle are also at your disposal. The equipment also includes all kinds of utensils (plates, cups, pots, pans, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, etc.). You will also have some basic products such as sugar, salt, vinegar, spices. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with a new and comfortable mattress and dimensions of 160/200 cm., a spacious wardrobe with hangers, a chest of drawers and small bedside tables with bedside lamps, the main lighting is soft and delicate, and to isolate you from the outside world and for a full sleep we have put thick, opaque curtains. You also have a flat LED TV with many channels to choose from, a steam iron and an ironing board. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower cabin with a three-position shower and furnished with high-quality products. For your convenience we have provided shower gel, shampoo, liquid soap, nice towels, as well as a hairdryer. The terrace is more than charming, with the possibility of going out to it from both the living room and the bedroom. Small, very cozy, furnished with a table and chairs, a wonderful place for a cup of coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening or for a chat with friends. The view from it both during the day and at night is worth seeing. The apartment has a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection, heating with central heating in winter and cooling with air conditioning in summer. It can accommodate one, two or three adults, families with a child or people traveling for work. From the apartment you can easily and quickly reach on foot, both to all local attractions, restaurants and shops, as well as to the bus station and the train station. We will be happy to have you as our guests! Guest access The entire apartment is available to our guests. Other things to note We can organize for you various interesting one-day eco routes in the Rila, Pirin and Belasitsa mountains. For our guests interested in pilgrimage tourism, we can prepare attractive and exciting tours to nearby monasteries and holy places. For wine tourism lovers, we can offer a one-day walk along the Struma River Valley with a visit to selected wineries and tasting of wines from unique local varieties. Regarding the cost of the organized routes, please make a preliminary inquiry to the host. We will be happy to be your local guide! Those arriving by car can park on the street in front of the apartment, but there is a small hourly fee during working days from 8:00 - 18:00. Within walking distance you can leave your car in a paid secure parking lot, and 150-200 m. away there is a completely free parking lot. Early check-ins and late check-outs of the apartment are possible under certain conditions, as well as a transfer from Sofia Airport. For details, please inquire with the host.
