Luxury 95 m² apartment, completely renovated by an interior designer, in a quiet residence in the heart of Royan. You just have to cross the street to get to the beach. The apartment located on the 10th floor (2 elevators) offers panoramic views, not overlooked, of the ocean, the Cordouan Lighthouse and the city of Royan from all its rooms. The space The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 maximum) with: - A master suite with a 160 double bed, shower room, dressing room and TV - One bedroom with 140 double bed and large closet - One bedroom with two single beds and a closet. The sleeping area is completed by a separate toilet, a second shower room (walk-in shower) and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The rest of the apartment consists of a dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a large bright living room with TV opening onto a terrace where you can enjoy meals (tables and chairs available) while admiring the ocean and the Cordouan Lighthouse. The apartment also has, on the ground floor, a private room for bicycles and windsurfing boards, and a closed car garage located 3 minutes' walk away (possibility also to park for free around the residence). Linens are not included in the price but can be provided and beds can be made according to your request. Duvets and pillows are available. Beach and/or pool towel available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The port is a 2-minute walk away. Royan Central Market is a 10-minute walk. The Thalasso de Royan is a 10-minute walk or 4 minutes by bike. The sports trail starts just after Foncillon Beach towards the Thalasso. Customs trail and bike path (you can go to La Palmyre on one side or Meschers on the other) in front of the residence.
