Living areas : The ground floor features a living area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table, providing direct access to the terrace. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, along with two work surfaces and a small table, also offering direct access to the dining area and terrace.
