Ashbys is a special place that is designed and set up for exclusive private hire for group bookings. With the Airbnb package we offer nine rooms all ensuite and tastefully decorated. There’s areas to chill; ping pong and a pool table and a bar you run yourself. Ashby’s is packed with so much entertainment and fun and is ideal for groups and corporate getaways. The listing is set up for you and your group only, so you can enjoy the venue privately. The venue is all about “Fun and Wellness” The space This whole space is not only well-placed for visiting Southsea and its bustling bars and restaurants and beach , but enjoys access to the kind of facilities you would normally expect from a four star hotel stay. The difference is you have the whole facility for your group only . The exclusive booking means that no other guests are booked and only your group will be onsite to enjoy the facilities. These facilities include: pool table, air hockey, bar area and table tennis. Our Spa facilities, which include 2 hot tubs, outdoor sauna. Indoor sauna, steam room and ice treatment are also available for hire. What’s more, there’s a large kitchen with lots of space and facilities to prepare and tuck into food. There are also 9 different en-suite bedrooms on site, we have an extra 6 apartments that can also be booked. This opens up multiple accommodation options, depending on the size of your group. Each room has its own TV and wi-fi access too. We can sleep up to 50 people, so an ideal celebration venue. There is a Modern hi tech Bose music system, bar area complete with ice maker / beer / wine and fridges. Pricing is based on 16 guests, but we can tailor bookings for us to 50 guests. We can also provide catering, bar staff and a whole range of extras. Just let us know what you’re looking for. Lots of extra options can be hired; like photo booths / Cinema experience / spa and hot tub packages / light up furniture / balloon arches / disco lighting / poker tables & props for birthdays, Hen Parties, wakes, engagements, baby showers, weddings etc. Just let us know the details of your requirements on Airbnb and we will send you a tailored service for your groups stay. Please note that Ashbys require group numbers to be shown on the booking request and that groups requesting to stay that are over 16 in number will not be booked via Airbnb, but directed to the appropriate booking method to ensure we adhere to the Parties and Events policy provided by Airbnb this gives clear guidance on what is expected from everyone. These are shown in the house rules. For bookings of over 16 people and up to 50 please note that Ashby’s Southsea LTD will quote you directly. For company bookings we are VAT registered. Please do send us any questions you may have and we are happy to answer them as we appreciate that you may require a more tailored service. Guest access All facilities - (hot tub can be booked at £25 pp per hour / holds up to 10) (Spa / sauna / steam room and ice treatment can be booked at £50 pp per hour, or let us know if it’s a larger group and we will send a special offer.) You can park in the NCP car park (Ashby Place, off Osbourne Road, PO5 3NA) to the rear of the property for £12 per day. Alternatively, we can reserve you a resident’s permit for £6 for 24 hours for street parking, payable on arrival. We also have a mobility bay and an E.V charger port.
