This Airbnb Unit is brought to you River City Retreats. This building is in the heart of Louisville thriving Highlands District. The Highlands is a lively area known for its nightlife and dining, with brewpubs and karaoke bars alongside pizzerias and celebrity chef eateries on Bardstown Road. Shopping spans quirky indie fashion and handcrafted leather goods to bookshops and artisan bakeries. The space The space is a first & second floor unit in a duplex right off of Bardstown. Both units in the building are Airbnb's so best to think of it as a bed and breakfast with great neighbors looking to explore or call Louisville their home for the short/term that they are staying. This unit has its own private entrance and no shared living spaces for ultimate private experience. Both units have there own entrance with key-less entry to access your unit. Upon entering the unit from the side door on second flight of steps you will find a pull out couch and two accent chairs facing a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. Netflix, Hulu, Crunchy Roll are all enabled. Their are two full size kitchens between the unit. Our unit features a wall mounted dispenser in the shower/tub combo which has L'Oreal Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Soap. Every guest will find fresh hand towel next to the sink. Please note that the sink has some scratches on the vanity top so please don't be alarmed as this was from previous guests and does not impact anything aside from the cosmetic look. There are three bedrooms in the unit, each feature a Queen sized bed. There are two queen pull out couches, sheets available upon request in advance. There is a twin futon and another couch as well. There are 2 body towels and 2 wash clothes at the foot of each bed. Guest access Find a parking spot on the back parking pad (first come first serve) or on street in front of the building. Follow the number associated with your reservation and enter the code provided with the check in details. Make yourself at home or walk 300 feet to be on Bardstown road or the opposite direction to enter the park. Other things to note This property is a 2 Airbnb unit complex. This building is over 100 years old and though renovated it is not new construction. Ensure that you understand that transference of noise is a possibility. The charm of this area and style of building means that the above should be taken into consideration. If this is a problem, please stay at a hotel.
