We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday apartment with a small kitchen, shower and separate entrance in the basement of our house. The apartment has little natural light and is mainly suitable for overnight stays. Wi-Fi / parking free, city bus 50 m (free with spa card). Please pay the tourist tax on site upon arrival (€4.10 per person per night for guests over 15 years old) Lake and Old Town about 1.3 km away on foot, shopping 500 m away, walking paths directly from the house, bicycles can be parked in front of the house. The space The cozy room with shower is located in our house on the lower floor and is excellent as a place to stay for adventurous travelers. Please pay the tourist tax of €4.10 per guest/night for guests 15 years and older in cash on site. The front room has a window and a front door to the north side to the stairs. The view is limited. The 2nd room (with more than 2 guests) has a window and little daylight. As a bedroom but very suitable because it is pleasantly cool in the summer. The house is located near Birkle Klinik and Parkhotel St. Leonhard. From there you have a wonderful view over Lake Constance and wonderful walks start right at the front door. You can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes, or by city bus (stop about 50 m). On the longest promenade of Lake Constance, there are many restaurants, cafes and excursions, wonderful gardens and a beautiful old town. There is also a garage available for storing bicycles. (Please let us know) Room: In addition to a 140 cm wide bed, there is a small couch, a wardrobe, a dining table with chairs, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes as well as a TV. So the room is ideally suited for 1-2 people. In the bathroom, you will find a spacious shower and everything you need for a good start to your day. For occupancy with more guests, there is another room with a double bed and a single bed at your disposal. It has a small window, is very quiet but not bright. (Little daylight) Ideal as a bedroom. Quiet hours must be observed because of the neighbors (10 pm to 6 am) Guest access You get your own front door key and have a separate entrance. You can reach the apartment via a staircase in front of the house. The house is a smoke-free zone. Other things to note I ask you to be quiet in front of the house between 10 pm and 6 am because of the neighborhood and to observe the usual quiet times.
