My fully renovated beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located at the French Quarter Resort. With its large north facing balcony overlooking Hastings Street you will be basking in sun or enjoying the sunset from the balcony bar. Attractively decorated and fully equipped it is the perfect location for all stays. Main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite, 2nd bedroom 2 singles with a private bathroom. Lift access, a full Kitchen, laundry and access to resort pool, spas, sauna and BBQ’s. The space The Sunset view apartment at the French Quarter resort is a top floor, north quarter corner apartment that basks in sunlight. The north facing balcony has a beautiful view of vibrant Hastings Street below, and at night the glittering fairy lights are delightful. You will find a bright fully and recently refurbished apartment with two bedrooms two bathrooms. A full kitchen with stone bench tops, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, and European laundry. A large chaise lounge along with an LCD TV in the lounge room, and a second TV in the second bedroom which is great for kids. Plantation shutters on all windows allows for lovely light, but also close to give block-out for sleeping. The main bedroom is separated from the lounge / kitchen with a large barn doors for privacy. Glass sliding doors open to the large balcony with an six seater dining table and a corner bar looking west towards the sunset and overlooking Hastings street below with all of its vibrant shops, cafes and Locale Restaurant. Noosa main beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and easily accessed. The Noosa Heads surf club is just over the road too. On request the 2nd bedroom can have the king single beds zipped together to make a king bed if two couples are sharing. Perfect for families or friends. We have a maximum 4 person policy however . on request a porta cot can be provided for an infant. Please supply your own cot bedding and linen. This can be hired from Emu hire in Noosaville. Please ensure that any requests for a second King bed are made at least 2 weeks in advance, as the apartment is automatically made up as one Queen bed and two king singles. Undercover security car parking for one car (access card) Lift/elevator to the apartment level (access card). Walk in shower in main en-suite. Two toilets, one in 2nd bathroom and one separate to en-suite. Fully air conditioned / reverse cycle. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and lounge / lounge room. We provide a basic "starter pack" for your first night of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturiser, laundry liquid and detergents. We also provide pool/ beach towels. It you require a beach umbrella Emu hire Noosa can assist or the beach hire trailer near the surf club. Guest access Upon booking I will supply the details of our contactless check in process. Other things to note The French Quarter is a very secure resort. Car parks, pedestrian gates, stair wells, your apartment and lifts require your access key to enter, so please carry one at all times. Lost keys incur a $50 recutting fee per key. Please note that this unit is NOT managed by Mantra. The Mantra reception is private and for Mantra units and guests only. However, stand up paddle boards can be hired from Mantra. We supply pool towels for your stay. If you require beach or baby equipment Emu hire in Noosa can supply and can deliver at a reasonable rate. If you would like a mid stay clean please contact me. Fee applies. Strictly one car park available. Sauna area at south side of the pool.
