Full walk out basement apartment with private entrance. 2 large bedrooms, one bathroom . Kitchenette/wet bar, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee makers (keurig and drip), electric skillet and gas grill outside on the patio and a fire pit with chairs at a table. Full size pool table. Laundry available, dedicated parking. You don't have to share the space with anyone, it's all yours. A pickle ball court . 4/20 friendly. Is not a good fit for children under five. The space The rental space measures approximately 1,500 square feet. Large bedrooms and a large living area, an eating area, and a pool table. Laundry on premises. There is no air conditioning, but with ceiling fans and the basement location, it is still very comfortable. Guest access The entire walkout basement. private entrance. self check in. There are steps on the walkway to get to the back of the house, where the entrance door is. Other things to note I do NOT charge a cleaning fee. I hate finding a place at a good price, and then it has a huge cleaning fee. My husband and I live upstairs. We have two small dogs. I am always available (within reason) for any questions or concerns. Laundry available upon request. There is a pickleball court in the back that guests may use. The apartment may not be a good fit for children 3 years old and under, as the mechanical room with the boiler is in the basement, and it is not childproof.
