The "Ferienhaus Albatros" is located in the "Vier Jahreszeiten" vacation home complex, in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac. The both disabled-friendly and child-friendly holiday home is about 90 square meters, furnished with a lot of love for detail, can accommodate 7 people and has two parking spaces. To the side of the vacation home, there is a large terrace with garden furniture, an umbrella, a privacy screen, and a charcoal grill. In the garden, there is a playground structure for the children. The space The equipment of the vacation home corresponds to a four-star comfort. It consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchenette, fireplace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with stove/ceramic hob, oven, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, and high chair leaves nothing to be desired. In the living area there is a large dining table for 8 people that invites you to long meals. The fireplace is best enjoyed from the cozy couch. A SATELLITE TV and radio/CD player complete the ambiance. The side adjoining terrace can be reached through the doors in the living area. You get to the 3 bedrooms as well as the 2 bathrooms via a hallway. In the bedrooms there is a double bed (2 x 1.80 x 2.00 m and 1 x 1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and mirror. In one bedroom there is also a SATELLITE TV, a seating area and a cot . The two bathrooms are equipped with towel dryer, shower, toilet, sink, shower stool (1x). A washing machine, drying rack, iron, hairdryer is available. In the hallway are wardrobe, bench, mirror and various clothes hooks. All windows have shutters, screens are installed in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Guest access All rooms are accessible.
