Head on downtown for shopping, dining, music, art, festivals and much more as most any attraction in Austin is a 15 minute drive or less. The space Upon entering the front door the welcoming living area has a large sectional w/ hideabed and a smart TV. Walking into the house down the entry taking a RIGHT at the end of the hall you will find the guest bath, next the cozy first bedroom, then on to the spacious second bedroom w/fireplace, office area and entry to the second bathroom joining the third middle bedroom. continuing back into the hall...... ......The opposite side to the LEFT, a furnished kitchen is surrounded by a breakfast bar/laundry/dining room centered w/fireplace. Through the sunroom you will find the spacious fenced back yard, with several seating areas, the garage*, fire pit area and a large in ground pool. *guests not permitted in the garage unless prior authorization is given Guest access I will usually be at the house to welcome you on arrival. I’m more than happy to get everyone settled in and give a quick walkthrough of the house and answer any questions you may have. Enter through the front door with code for keyless entry the entire house aside from the attached garage and the walk-in closet in the back bathroom are yours to enjoy. As property manager/ concierge/maintenance I have living space in the garage. You can usually find me working on something in the garage or around the yard. The garage shares a wall as well as a door with the bedroom w/fire place. The door will be locked upon your arrival and has locks on the inside and outside. The back yard is fenced and gated the pool is NOT and requires supervision for children. Pool is not heated. Chlorine. Swimming season usually ranges from March-October. Quite hours 11pm-8 am. Weather permitting, a small fire can be arranged for your entertainment any fires must be pre-arroved and supervised -fireplaces inside or fire pit out.
