La Rose Cottage - a place to relax

Welcome to La Rose Cottage your lower Blue Mountains getaway! A beautifully decorated self contained unit awaits for you to relax and enjoy. Surrounded by English cottage gardens the cottage is peaceful and cosy with a touch of luxury. we have a full list of what we provide under the heading of "Your property". The space Our unit is fresh with it's own private entry and street parking. It has wide entry and exit doors to accommodate a wheelchair/walker. A wall separates the unit from the main house ensuring you are provided with privacy. During your stay continental breakfast supplies are provided to give you an energised start to the day. You have the use of a fully equipped kitchen if you choose to cook other meals, however there are a number of good local restaurants that provide eat in or take away meals for you to enjoy. The local shops are within walking distance or a 5 minute drive for you to purchase food items. Kitchen cleaning items are also supplied. The lounge/dinning room contains a dining table and cosy lounge. There is a Smart TV, radio and CD player for you to use as well as books to read and games to play should you want to chill out. You have your own laundry you can utilise, which has a washing machine, dryer (Washing powder is supplied), ironing board and iron . There is also an outside line available for you to use. The kitchen contains a microwave, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, toaster, sandwich maker, tea kettle and a coffee machine ( capsules supplied) and tea towel for you to utilise during your stay. The bathroom has a luxurious bath with separate shower and toilet. Bath salts and oils are supplied to help you relax and enjoy your stay. Also supplied are large bath towels , a face washer and hand towel. There are bath sheets located in the laundry cupboard under the sink should you require these . The bedroom has a king bed, built in wardrobes, reading lamps and bedside tables. Bed linen, blankets, pillows coverlet and a king-size doona, electric blanket are provided (in winter). Sliding doors open onto the back patio where you can sit and read or have breakfast in your your own private space. You are welcome to use the main shared patio. Night lights come on to showcase the beautiful crepe myrtle tree in the back yard. And in the day, birds come for a feed and swim in the water fountain. Ducted air condition is available to ensure you are kept cool in summer and warm in the winter months and there is also ceiling fans in both bedroom and the living area. Gas heating is also available. We pride ourselves in the presentation of our cottage and what we provide our guests, including special treats to ensure you have a unique, comfortable experience to make you feel special and time away enjoyable. Please note , though we endeavour to cater for everyone, it is not possible for us to meet everyone's individual requirements! Therefore it is suggested that if there is anything you specifically need to deal with your unique dietary, allergy, or sensory needs, that you please bring these items with you.
