Double room in design house 25 min to centre

This is my own home decorated to high standards, a 3 floors beds terraced house w/3 baths & big garden. I Airbnb 2 of the 3 bedrooms. I live in the house and work from home as innovation executive. 5 min bus to Mottingham or Grove Park station and only 15 min by train to London Bridge, 25 min to Charing Cross or 20 min East Waterloo with south East railways, surrender by woods, green paths. chic and indie Chislehurst is 9 min away, a cool alternative to London, for real beauty lovers, namaste! The space The woods and green walks and the well connectedness to central london via trains only 25 min home to center (Victoria, Waterloo East, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and London Bridge via trains very fast then from there you can connect with the underground/subway system) Guest access Kitchen but only for ready made or light cooking meals (no fry no garlic please) No access to living room / studio (where I work from Monday to Friday 8-6 as business executive) and no use of garden and master bathroom. During your stay If booking the room I will be living in the house myself and be able to give guidances and suggestions. If renting the whole house using 1 bedroom only then I won't be in the house, but always a ping away for anything you might need. Other things to note Not allowed anyone else in the house only the paying guest. Cleaning service of 1.5 hours a week included in the price for sanitation of Kitchen and Toilet only no bedroom. The bedroom final cleaning fee is at the end of stay only so during the stay the guest has to keep the room tide, make their bed and clean after their dirt. Only 1 bedding set provided for the stay (Duvet cover, bottom corner bedsheet, 2 pillow cases)
