Ridgepoint 189 is a beautifully renovated, end-unit townhome perfect for your fabulous vacation in Beaver Creek. We have room for your whole crew to spread out and relax with 2200 square feet of living space over three levels with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Our ski house boasts the most sought after floor-plan in Ridgepoint and has been completely updated! Primary Bedroom - one king bed with ensuite luxurious bathroom. Bedroom 2 - adult size log bunkbed with queen, twin XL on top and twin trundle bed and full bath across the hall. Bedroom 3 - one queen bed with ensuite full bath Bedroom 4 (loft) - king bed with ensuite 3/4 bathroom with shower. Comfortably sleeps 10 in beds, but we have plenty of floor space for your air mattresses as well. Pack-n-play crib available upon request (guest to provide crib bedding). Layout - See floor plans in photos Three of the four bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first level. The large Master bedroom has a luxurious new bathroom with a shower for two and separate dual vanities, a walk in closet and a small deck surrounded by gorgeous evergreens. Also on the first level are two additional bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has an adult size log bunkbed with a Queen, twin XL on top and a twin trundle bed. There is a full bathroom with separate vanity area across the hall. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom (this bathroom is also accessible from the entryway). The 4th bedroom and bathroom are upstairs in the loft, which has a half-wall on one side overlooking the main living area. The loft bedroom has a king bed, pack-n-play upon request, and a bathroom with shower. Living & Dining Head up the front stairs into the main living area and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our living room has two giant leather sofas and a reclining chair, a warm fireplace and a brand new 75" flat screen SmartTV to stream all of your favorites - Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, Pandora and more. There is a deck with a gas grill, bistro table and double rocker. Our new kitchen and bar area will exceed your expectations with all new appliances and plenty of cookware. You'll have seating for your whole group in the formal dining room, eat-in kitchen and at the wrap around kitchen bar. This area is the perfect spot to unwind sipping a cocktail or cup of hot cocoa while listening to your favorite tunes or playing one of our many board games. Amenities Our home is just steps away from the newly renovated hot tub, clubhouse and summer-only pool. There are also two tennis courts onsite. Transportation The Village Connect Shuttle service is free and so convenient. Download the Village Connect App before your stay to call for on-demand FREE transportation anywhere in the resort. Guests have access to the entire, private townhouse in addition to a world class ski resort and golf course, shared on-site hot tub and tennis courts and pool (summer only). We live in Denver, so we will not be on site during your stay. You are welcome to call/text/message me anytime! The Ridgepoint Townhomes neighborhood is located inside the gates of Beaver Creek Resort minutes from all the action at the Beaver Creek Village, but secluded in a European style ski village with mature trees and starry skies. providing picturesque views and privacy. The Ridgepoint neighborhood is ski-in accessible from two different runs on Beaver Creek Mountain for intermediate/advanced skiers: (1) The INTERTWINE run on the main Beaver Creek side of the mountain above Strawberry Park or (2) the LEAVE THE BEAV run from the bottom of Bachelor Gulch near the Ritz. You'll find detailed instructions in our House Manual and they are also posted in the Ridgepoint clubhouse office. Map it out first! These private owner ski-ways can be confusing to navigate, but they are often our favorite run of the day with lots of fresh powder! To ski-out, walk to the back of the Ridgepoint neighborhood, hike about 150 steps up the trail and ski down to chair #15 at Beaver Creek Landing. Note, our ski-out option requires some hiking to start, so you may prefer the free shuttle especially if you have little skiers. There is no need for a car when staying at our townhouse, but we do have one reserved parking space right out front. If you have more than one vehicle, there are first-come, first-served visitor parking spaces throughout the neighborhood - 2 vehicle max per unit. The Beaver Creek shuttle offers free, door-to-door transportation to anywhere inside the gates of the resort such as the mountain base, ski-school, restaurants/bars, shopping, ice rink, etc. Download the Village Connect App to call for a ride. The shuttle picks up right at our doorstep. No walking to a bus stop! Download the "Village Connect" App for up to date info on shuttle location/timing and to request a free, on-demand ride anywhere in the resort. During the ski season, the shuttle stops in front of our unit every 15 minutes. During the off-season, rides are requested through the App. CALENDAR PRICING - Please check my calendar for ski season pricing for your requested dates as the listing displays the current day price, which varies depending upon seasonal demand. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS - Ski and holiday weekends will be subject to minimum stay requirements that may not be automatically applied to the instant book system. Let's discuss your holiday dates before you book :) CHECK IN & OUT - I will send you a code to the front door shortly before your arrival. If you choose to ski on your departure day, feel free to store luggage and use the clubhouse facilities (hot tub, shower, changing rooms, TV, computer with printer) after your 10am check out. LODGING TAXES - Mandatory lodging taxes of 10.71% are included in pricing. We are a licensed Beaver Creek rental property. CLEANING FEES - our cleaning fee of $425 ensures a living wage for our cleaning crew and a sparkling clean home for you to enjoy.
