The space Our recently renovated bright and spacious house is a perfect choice for a family of four looking to experience a relaxing holiday in a true Italian setting and enjoy the great food and historical sightseeing Arpino has to offer. Situated in a characteristic cluster of few houses in the countryside, it is only a couple minutes’ drive from the historical center. The house is arranged over 2 floors, with two independent entrances and a wide terrace on the ground floor. All amenities are available, including A/C in the summer and central heating for the cold winter months, new furniture in the bedrooms and new fittings in the kitchen. Both bedrooms and living area boast amazing views of the countryside. The master bedroom features a double-size bed, large wardrobe and drawers. The second bedroom is spacious and has a two single beds and wardrobes. We have two finely decorated bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The open plan living area is furnished with two armchairs, a dining table, and it offers a fully fitted kitchen equipped with cookware, cutlery, dish washer, fridge, freezer, cooker and oven - all brand new.
