Terrace Studio Apartment - 5 min to the beach

The terrace apartment is located in an urban market -a short walk from the famous Juhu beach .The apartment is open and spacious with a long terrace full of plants .. it's a quiet oasis in the middle of a hustling city .The house can comfortably accommodate two in a private bedroom and an additional person in the living studio space (if the hammock counts). You'll wake up to a view of green trees and open skies .. The home although in an old building has all the modern amenities one needs. The space An apartment with a terrace garden located in Juhu, right next to beach with restaurants, theatres bars, yoga houses, Ayurvedic healing centres just a stone throw away . The apartment isn't a typical mumbai home. The home is large and spacious with lots of light and ventilation. Guest access Guests have private access and use of the terrace, kitchen, study and living room. None of the spaces are shared . Other things to note 1.If you're a late riser and easily disturbed this is probably not the best place for you. The village rooster and birds get active during the early morning hours. 2.The apartment is located on the top floor of an old building. U may have an unexpected encounter with one of the many residents on the terrace. The occasional butterfly , caterpillar or ant. Best to keep food in sealed containers or in the fridge. 3.The bathroom has an instant geyser, so please only turn it on just before your shower and remember to turn if off once you're done. 4. The house is really well ventilated and quite comfortable with all the doors and windows open. Most days you could do without airconditioning thanks to the amazing sea breeze during the day. 5.There is a ****STRICT NO PARTY / EVENTS **** POLICY . Guests who do break this rule will have to pay a fine amounting to 25,000 INR & will have to vacate the property ( no refund will be issued for the remainign booked night if any )
