Second floor of charming 100 year old building. Artistic fun decor, landscaped courtyard. Relax and enjoy the best FREE commute to Manhattan. Enjoy coffee and tea in our bright kitchen, and recharge from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan in our calm cozy space. Directly downstairs you'll find Dunkin, pizza and burritos, thai food, bodega, groceries, salon, and pharmacy. The Empire Outlet Mall has great shopping, Shake shack, Starbucks, and more all steps away! Grab a coffee on your way to the free Staten Island Ferry and enjoy the best commute ever Guest access Your bright lovely private room occupies the corner of our building, so receives gorgeous light from sunrise til late afternoon. There’s a double bed, a big walk in closet, and private access to a jack-and-jill style full bath, which we share. Enjoy harbor views from the window in our shower. There is an additional half bath off of the kitchen. Toiletries provided: organic shampoo, conditioner, face wash, toothpaste, sunscreen, soaps. The common areas include half bathroom, living room for relaxing , and a fabulous eat in kitchen filled with plants! Feel free to use all kitchen equipment and essentials. Need a hand? Just ask! Fresh linens and towels are provided in your room, as well as coffee and tea for the morning. During your stay We want you to enjoy your time in our home. You can self check in and will have all the privacy you need here. My boyfriend and I love hosting but we are not home constantly. We both work full time but in the evening so generally are asleep in the mornings. We are happy to give directions and advice, and recommend places to visit and eat. I am available by text and through the app. Other things to note No shoes allowed in the apartment please. There are about 15 stairs to climb. There will be unavoidable street noise on our bustling street, even at night (car alarms, garbage trucks, people talking, etc) We love our cat Rocky, who is a sweet shy girl. She would love to say hi and meet you, but will leave you alone if you prefer. She doesn’t have access to your private room at anytime as long as you keep the door closed!
