1 king bedroom guest suite in a modern farmhouse style duplex. This unit has a private entrance in the back and there is another unit adjacent to this that enters from the front. Living area w/ high vaulted ceilings, kitchenette w/ bar area, private bathroom w/ walk in shower. Private parking in front of unit. All linens and basic supplies provided. Please see other listing details for specifics on exactly what is provided. The space The large open plan interior 600 square foot space will allow you to spread out and feel at home. Please be aware this is a duplex with 2 studio apartments. We rent each side to a couple. This is a totally separate unit with no shared space. Private parking and entrance. There is a dead bolted door adjoining the 2 spaces. The shared wall has rock wool deadening insulation as well as sound dampening drywall. You may still hear some muffled sounds. So we ask that you respect your neighbor. This is the unit on the right side facing the house. It does not have the front porch. Your unit has a small back porch. Please READ Carefully! There is……. NO stove in this unit. ONLY has: microwave, refrigerator with freezer, single k-cup coffee maker, iron & ironing board, and blow dryer No paper towels We provide: K-Cups, creamer, sugar, 2 Mega size toilet papers, Shampoo/body wash combination bottle in the shower, hand soap bottle on the bathroom sink There is a Kroger grocery store a couple minutes down the road. NO smoking please NO Pets NO Kids ONLY 2 adults allowed Do NOT open windows due to high humidity and bugs. Open windows ONLY for emergencies Do NOT walk past the brick house in the back. That is private property. A bug might walk in the house . Just beyond us is a marsh. The hot humid climate means lots of bugs! We spray for bugs . So one might crawl out and die. We will not issue a refund if a guest see a bug. Guest access You have a private parking space in front and a sidewalk leading to back porch. You are welcome to use the side yard of unit. Please do not park in other guest unit parking spots. There are two duplexes on this property that we rent. The brick house in the back is not owned by us so please don’t go back there. Other things to note This property is located on Wilmington Island. It is an island halfway between historic downtown and Tybee Beach. We are a 15 minute drive to historic downtown and 15 minutes to the beach. There are several local restaurants on the island. But if you are looking for a more high-end restaurant, you will need to go downtown.
