Just 20 minutes from Cripple Creek, 20 minutes from the South Platte river in Eleven Mile Canyon, 10 minutes from Florissant Fossil Beds. Two hours from Denver. One hour from Colo Spgs. The space I think the pictures pretty much tell the story. Fawn Cabin is a very beautiful and inviting place where you can relax and unwind in the Colorado Rockies, while still being close enough to all the Pikes Peak area attractions to keep you as busy and entertained as you wish to be. Cripple Creek is only minutes away. Many great hiking trails and trout fishing waters nearby too choose from. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Hot Tub Waiver If I, the leasee, opts to use the hot tub at 197 Wabash Terrace, Cripple Creek, Co 80813, I agree to the following conditions: • Six person maximum hot tub capacity. • No food or drink shall be allowed in the hot tub. • No glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub. • No body lotions shall be allowed in the hot tub; please shower to rinse off prior to soaking. • All children under 16 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult while in the hot tub. • No infants are permitted in the hot tub. • Hot tub will be left in the same condition as it was found upon entry of lease of agreement. • All individuals, including pregnant women and/or those under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs shall use the hot tub at their own risk. If the hot tub is damaged or otherwise mistreated during my tenancy, or if upon arrival, I find that the hot tub has been previously misused, I understand it is my responsibility to immediately contact the owner, Wayne O. Taber. I understand that by signing this waiver, it is my responsibility to inform every person using the hot tub of these rules, and to insure every person abides by them. I further understand that failure to comply with these guidelines will result in forfeiting my entire damage deposit and/or paying any additional expenses to restore the hot tub to its prior condition. I understand that this agreement/waiver is incorporated into, and is part of, the original lease agreement between the parties. By signing this agreement, I release Wayne O. Taber from any liability associated with me or my guests’ use of the hot tub. I have read and agree with the above stated conditions. Hot Tub Rules of Use: • Always shower before using the hot tub to remove all lotions and other oil-based body products. • Children should not use the hot tub without adult supervision. • When opening the hot tub cover, be sure to unfasten all safety straps first before lifting the cover off. • Guests with infectious diseases should not use the hot tub. • To avoid injury, exercise care when entering or exiting the hot tub. • Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the use of the hot tub to avoid the effects of hyperthermia, unconsciousness and possible drowning. • Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should consult a physician before using the hot tub. • Water temperature in excess of 104*F may be injurious to your health. • Prolonged immersion in the hot tub may be injurious to your health. It is best to not soak longer than for 30 minute sessions. • Never stand or sit on the hot tub cover. • Always cover the hot tub after each use and secure the straps to ensure the safety of children that are visiting.
