Laundry Room with washing machine and dryer. All for you to explore at your own leisure time. Car porch can house 4 -5 cars. You can park along the road side except in front of neighbour's unit ROOMS ====== 5 en-suite bedrooms named “Bentong”, “Asahan”, “Tangkak” and “ Machap Umboo” Bentong Master bedroom consisting of a king size bed & 2 futon bed if required, The room also boasts its very own balcony with the breath-taking view of Bangsar Machap Umboo The 2nd largest room on the 2nd floor of this home and consists of two single beds and sofa bed. and to add on 2 futon bed if required Tehel Located on the 2nd floor of the house with its windows facing the Dragonfly Haven, fitted with a king size bed. Tangkak The biggest room on the first floor fitted with a King Size bed, with direct access to the Sky Garden. Asahan Room located on 2nd floor with 2 single bed All rooms come with en-suite bathroom, clothes rail, laundry box and a small box compartment. Laundry is located on Ground floor next to outdoor kitchen. Guest access Whole house and all 5 en-suite bed rooms and laundry room 5 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms Indoor Dry Kitchen with kitchen utensil. Outdoor kitchen (please cook in this outdoor kitchen if you are using rice cooker/induction cooker). Strictly no BBQ or cooking with FIRE for your safety. Coffee & Tea Washing machine and Cloth dryer in Laundry Bath towels and face towel Shampoo & Soap Hair Dryer TV with Astro channel and internet access All rooms have been made and have sufficient blankets/pillows Extra futon beds available upon request at charged Other things to note House rules ============== Welcome to Mins! 1)Check-in: after 3pm. Check-out: by 12 noon. The Host or a representative will be there during both times to handover/collect the auto gate remote control and keys from you. 2)Extra mattress (futon beds) can be provided with prior notice and at RM30 per bed from 11-16 guest . A maximum of 6 beds is available depending on availability. Max 16 guest stay overnight. 3)In consideration of yours and other’s health, no smoking is allowed inside the house. Kindly smoke outdoor if required. Please throw your extinguished cigarette butt in the ashtray. 4)No barbeque (BBQ) allowed nor cooking in any form with Fire. 5)This bungalow is nested in private exclusive neighbourhood with schooling children. Would appreciate if you could respect the neighbours with no loud noise after 11:30 pm. Strictly NO LOUD parties with loud music is allowed in the premises. Kindly keep us informed if you intend to host any event/parties (whcih is strictly subject to prior notice and agreement). 6)Parking is free but do not park in front of and/or blocking neighbour’s unit 7)Please keep your cash and personal valuable in safe area i.e your locked luggage while you were out. We are not responsible for any missing items during your stay in Mins Seputeh. 8)Please do your part to conserve energy and switch off the air conditioning, lights and any electrical power when you are out (please leave water pump switch ON at all time, thank you) 9)Keep clean and recycle as possible 10)Kindly ensure that auto gate is locked after you enter and leave MinsSeputeh. Also lock the front door for security. 11)Please look after furnitures and finishings for the convenience of next guests. Any damages will be charged duly. 12) Do take note of NO shoes policy indoor for your own and next guest hygiene. 13) please do not bring food/drinks besides water to 1st floor family hall and all bed room for your own hygiene. 14)With current laws, please separate rubbish and dispose in the correct bin located in wet kitchen. 15) please monitor social distance and health during this RMCO . stay safe. we will required all visiting guest to register.
