Casa Cerralba Sustainable, a authentic place

Casa Cerralba is located near Málaga in a small village and only 25 minutes to the beaches of the Costa del Sol. Also the biosphere reserve "Sierra de las Nieves" and the "White Villages" are not far away. You will love this accommodation for the ambiance with the beautiful garden and the light of the Andalusian sun. Since Spring 2022 we have a Natural swimming pool - crystal clear water free of clorine - as it´s nature some green grouth can be on the wall - unique in the region. The space My accommodation is officially registered as "Vivienda Rural" (Reg. No. UTAR/MA/00550), its perfect for families with children and groups. There is courtyard with a garden an lemon and fig three. The house (approx. 115sqm) at ground level has an kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room with a open fire and a beautifully green courtyard. In the garden we have a natural swimming pool - the water is crystal clear, completely without chlorine or other chemicals. However, since it is a natural biosystem, there is a slight growth of algae on the bottom or walls. Thanks to the shading and the fountains, the pool always has a refreshing temperature of max. 25°C even in summer. The house has 3 bedrooms two of them are with doulbe beds and a third sleepingroom has two single beds. Amenities include air conditioning /central heating, dishwasher, and washing machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, iron and ironing board, bed linen, beach and towels, TV / DVD, barbecue, sun umbrella for the beach. A shaded carport, toys for Kids and 5 bicycles are available for free. Guest access The entire house is for guests only and they have access to it via the pediastrian street „Calle Soleares“ or the by car from the gate on the other side. My house can be reached directly next door crossing the courtyard where a carport with a gate to the street is located. The garden, the swimming pool, the carport and a part of the courtyard (passage to the carport) are shared with the owners (but in the best weather we are at the beach). The guesthouse overlooks the courtyard and a pedestrian street. The host might be for cleaning, watering and maintenance of the courtyard and garden present. Other things to note As well I offer cooking classes in my house (28 € per person / from 2 participants and ten euro for guests who only want to enjoy ;-Q). We visit together the market and buy fresh and seasonal ingredients to prepare typical dishes of the "Mediterranean cuisine" such as paella, salmorejo, gazpacho, oxtail stew or various fish dishes.
