Located not far from the medieval village of Monestiés (1.5 km), the cottage will allow you to stay quietly near the main tourist sites of the region (Cordes-sur-ciel, Albi, Najac, Gaillac, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val...) and leisure activities (hiking trail, Roucarié nautical base, discovery cap...). Set in a recently renovated house full of character, the reversible air conditioning is installed offering you all the comforts necessary for a successful stay. The space The rental consists of: A private entrance, leading to a staircase. Upstairs is: - a living room with lounge area (2-seater sofa bed)/equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes...) - bathroom (washing machine) - One bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) - and separate toilet - Wi-Fi internet access - reversible air conditioning Guest access Guests have access to a private garden with garden furniture and barbecue Other things to note In winter (early October to late April) the consumption of electric heating will be charged (0.20/kWh).
