Quiet house, near Lyon/Beaujolais

Welcome to our quiet home in the countryside. We have just completed the renovation of the living area. Our house offers peaceful views, bright rooms, vintage/industrial decor. Located 50 minutes from Lyon, 35 minutes from Roanne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, and 25 minutes from Beaujolais, the location is ideal for those looking to discover the big cities and small villages nearby. The space We have just completed the renovation of the living area of our house which was built in 1968. It has a large wooded plot, 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom with a mezzanine bed (our daughter's bedroom which also has a breathtaking view of the meadows), 1 small office with 1950s ambiance with sofa bed, a kitchen with industrial decoration open to the dining room and living room, a small very mineral bathroom (wood, stone, metal) and a toilet. Our appliances are available: oven, stove, range hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, hair dryer. Please note: The washing machine is only available upon request at the time of booking as it is not in the living area and making it available will require a little organization in advance. Guest access You can use all the rooms in the living area of the house. However, we have a large basement that will not be accessible. In fact, if you need our washing machine, which is in the basement, you must tell us when you book, so we can arrange for someone to open and close behind you. You can also walk around as you please in our large garden. Please be careful not to park on the private road of our adjoining neighbor because we do not have the right to park on it, only a right of way. You will have the space to park in front of our house. Other things to note The bed in the single upstairs bedroom is a loft bed. We have 2200 m2 of wooded land, in the summer, feel free to help yourself to our fruit trees.
