This cozy and bright apartment is in a 1890's house in the south wedge. It's 5 minutes to downtown, U of R, and Strong /Highland hospitals and ten minutes from the airport and RIT. The freshly renovated second floor has two bedrooms, and a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The apartment gets great natural light and the second bedroom has an adorable balcony. A 5 minute walk brings you to the heart of the south wedge where there are shops, restaurants, bars and a grocery. The space I've designed this space to be as comfortable for you as possible and have tried to include anything and everything you would have available to you in your own home. The kitchen is ready to go and has everything you need to make coffee and cook your own meals during your stay if you choose. There is super fast fiber optic wi-fi available, along with a roku device on the tv for you to use your streaming services. During the summer months there are two window air conditioners installed to keep the apartment comfortable. There is a Pack and Play travel crib and a baby gate available to use for the littlest family members. There is also a tri-fold memory foam mattress that can be laid out on the floor for an additional guest. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance from the driveway on the side of the house where you have off street parking available for two cars. I will send you the code to open this door the morning of your arrival. You will enter into a stairwell that leads directly to the second story apartment, the keys will be hanging on the wall just inside the door. There is laundry available in the basement that you are welcome to use, though it is an old house with an old basement and low ceilings. Other things to note While I've chosen not to have a fully inclusive "pets allowed" policy, I have a dog myself so I understand the need for them to tag along at times. I am open to discuss pet requests and accept or deny them them on a case by case basis. An additional 25$ cleaning fee will apply.
