Country house with swimming pool and pond🍃🌳

At the end of a path, there are two houses, one of which is under construction (no work planned for rentals) We rent one of the houses with an area of 120 m2. It consists of a large living space downstairs with living room, kitchen and dining and an office area with a trundle bed (comfortable thanks to the box spring and mattress) Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. A beautiful grounds with swimming pool and pond complete this place. A quiet, green harbor of peace. 15 minutes from Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris. The space For sleeping, our house is composed of 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 1 single bed 1 bathroom Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 1 crib 1 bathroom There is also a sofa bed next to the dining room for 2 people. There is a curtain to separate the dining room from the sleeping area. There are therefore 7 adult beds available. Guest access You have access to the whole property. The main house of course, the land (6 hectares) with its pond as well as the swimming pool are reserved for you. The second house is under construction, it is closed and you do not have access to it.
