Quiet neighborhood, access to bakery (5-10 min walk), markets (5-15 min walk), gas station (5-10 min walk), pharmacy (5-10 min walk) and shopping mall (20 min walk) and Metro station (10 - 15min walk). The space The house has shared areas including: backyard, laundry, gym, kitchen, living room, garden and a parking space that can be used by the guest if available. Guest access Bedroom, Bathrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Laundry, Backyard, and Gym During your stay I am available to help you in all situations. Other things to note I have 1 parking space in the garage, however, I am renting out 4 rooms in my house, if more than 1 guest comes by car there will not be enough spaces for everyone.
