'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away. The space The Boathouse comprises of a single room with a king size bed, lounge, t.v, wardrobe, small dining table and kitchenette. Plus an ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette has a sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc, and a Lavazza pod coffee machine (pods provided) . There is NO STOVETOP OR OVEN and cooking is not permitted in the studio, however there is a BBQ outside. Unlimited WIFI. The Boathouse is freestanding at the rear of our property (waterside), with a separate entrance. Parking is on the street in front of our house, access is via stairs and uneven ground. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We have complimentary kayaks and life jackets available, a hammock, giant garden chess set, great fishing, and a beautiful swimming beach right at your front door. The nearest surf beach is 10min walk away, there are plenty of gorgeous bushwalks, or just enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset over the water. Guest access With direct access to Salts Bay, a day in the water is a must! You can swim directly in front of the apartment, or from the beautiful, secluded beach 100mt away. We also have complimentary kayaks available for use during your stay. There are plenty of fishing opportunities, either directly infront of the apartment, from the beach, or off Lucy's breakwall. Caves Beach, Frenchmans, and Blacksmiths are our local surf beaches. Or take a 10min drive to Catherine Hill bay. Explore the caves at Caves Beach (at low tide), or wander down to the rock pools at the end of our street. Gorgeous bush walks around Spoon Rocks, Pinnies Beach and Murray's Beach.
