Vacation apartment with 2 rooms, beautiful view and beach access. Fully equipped kitchen; spacious balcony with a view. A parking space is available right outside the building. All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached by shuttle bus (stop approx. 500 meters away) within 30 minutes, with your own car in 15 minutes. Enjoy relaxing days at Lake Ossiach in a well-equipped and modern furnished apartment. The space Our apartment has been completely renovated and has a total area of 56 m² as well as a spacious balcony with fantastic views of the lake and the mountains. Our accommodation is available all year round and is heated on cold days by the underfloor heating or the tiled stove. So nothing stands in the way of a ski holiday in the nearby Gerlitze ski resort (approx. 15 minutes by car). Our large bedroom has a large box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe. In our smaller bedroom there is also a box spring bed (160 × 200 cm), which can also be separated if necessary, and a wardrobe. The spacious living and dining area includes the kitchen, dining area and a small sofa. The sofa can also be used as a bed for another person. The kitchen is equipped with a range and oven, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. There is also a microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. All necessary cooking utensils and cleaning agents are provided. Guest access Our guests have free access to a swimming beach, where changing rooms, showers and toilets are available. A cabin with sun loungers and parasols is also available.
