The studio itself is light, fresh, clean and modern with a queen bed, new carpet (laid Nov 2020), basic kitchen facilities (toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, crockery and cutlery), a clothes rack, separate bathroom with toilet, basin, shower and heated towel rail, WiFi and a patio. Guest access Private access through a gate down the side of the property. Easy access to beaches and cafes. Devonport Village is a 5 minute bus ride where you can catch the ferry to Auckland city or Waiheke Island. There is also a supermarket located here as well as plenty of cafes and shops. No access to main house unless otherwise negotiated (including laundry). Lots of parking on the street directly in front of the main house. Other things to note There’s two family cats - an older moggy called Winnie and a ragdoll called Mabel.
