Former independent 18th century stone farmhouse, the house is located in a pretty village typical of the Ile de France. For 8 guests + a baby and a child under 6 years of age. Ground floor living room (decorative fireplace) with sofa bed (140 x 200) overlooking a private sunny 40 m2 terrace, dining table, parasol, 2 deckchairs, a dining kitchen with dining table, bathroom with toilet, laundry room. Upstairs, large and bright living room, a large family room with a 160 x 200 bed, a 90 x 200 bed and a 70 x 150 junior bed, a room with 90 x 200 bunk beds and a 60 x 120 crib adjoining a room with a 140 x 200 bed, a bathroom with toilet For babies, you will find a crib, deckchair, playpen, changing table, baby bath and high chair. Please note that the bedrooms are upstairs. For your comfort you also have a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Included in the €90 cleaning fee, bed linen is provided and a shower towel is available per person. Please note that the tourist tax is due only by adults and is included in your reservation (€4.73 per night per person). Please indicate the number of adults and children present. Guest access Guests will have access to the caretaker's house on the street and a private terrace of 40 m2 always in the sun with furniture for lunch. The private terrace overlooks our private garden of the property but there is no garden access.
