Located in a pleasant subdivision, at the foot of the beach with a private tennis court. 10 min walk to the Thalasso and 20 min walk to the city center and 5 min to the golf course. 180 m² garden, fenced and at the end of a snowshoe trail (ideal for children) + locked shed (convenient if you want to bring your bikes).
