The unit is on the bottom floor of a home, but it is fully private and there is no access to the unit from the inside of the home. The unit is setup like a studio with the queen bed in the main living space and directly next to the bathroom. Also in the main living space is a full kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the amenities you could want including dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, and microwave. It also has a large walk-in pantry where the washer and dryer are located. In a separate room, there is a cozy den with a TV and large closet for hanging and folding clothes. This is where the pull-out couch is located. This means that if you have 3-4 people, you’ll have completely separate and private spaces. The unit is accessed through 2 sets of sliding glass doors bringing in lots of light. The key to the door is located in a lockbox on the private deck. The deck is 700 square feet and it’s all yours. We promise you’ll love the space and the view and you may not want to leave!
