The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine—ideal for leisurely breakfasts or cosy dinners in. Unwind by the crackling woodburner (wood provided), and enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV with fibre broadband. A Bluetooth speaker, plus a selection of books and games, offer entertainment whatever the weather. The generously sized bedroom features a plush king-size bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding. Start your mornings refreshed in the sleek walk-in shower, complete with soft, fluffy towels. Step outside into your own private Mediterranean-style garden—perfect for al fresco dining or morning coffee in the sun. From your doorstep, explore miles of scenic countryside walks (maps provided), with the nearest pub just a 15-minute stroll away in the picturesque village of Upham. Other things to note Green Credentials: We are proud of our strong commitment to sustainability. The property is heated and supplied with hot water via a highly efficient ground source heating system. Our solar panels generate electricity, with any surplus fed back into the national grid. We have our own borehole water supply and separate recycling collection. All our toiletries are cruelty-free, formulated without parabens, mineral oils, or phenoxyethanol, and provided in refillable containers to reduce plastic waste. Fibre Broadband & Mobile Reception: The property is equipped with fibre broadband, ensuring fast and reliable internet access for streaming and working remotely. Due to our rural location at the bottom of a hill, mobile reception can be patchy in places. Enabling WiFi calling on your phone usually solves this. Mobile signal is generally available around the property. Privacy: We aim to give guests complete privacy so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The courtyard garden is exclusively for the use of guests staying at The Stables (apart from a quick daily visit from the postman).
