The apartment is located a few steps from the Biennale, the Arsenal and St Mark's Square. From its windows, you can enjoy the fireworks show of the Festa del Redentore, the start of the Regata Storica and Voga Longa, the arrival of Venice Marathon and admire Venice's skyline every evening at sunset. The space The apartment consists of a large open-space living area: you can access it through a characteristic staircase connecting to the entrance. The living room is illuminated by four large windows overlooking the Lagoon, offering a splendid view of one of the most beautiful profiles of Venice: you can enjoy the view of San Giorgio island, the Basilica of Madonna della Salute, Palazzo Ducale and St Mark's bell tower. This area is equipped with two comfortable sofas and a table, ideal for your breakfast and dinner with view. There is another smaller area, where you can find a TV, a sofa with large cushions to comfortably lay down on the carpet and read a book or the city guide. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort: in addition to dishes, glasses, cutlery and a lot of pots and utensils, you will find: dishwasher, cooker with induction hobs, fridge with small freezer, oven, microwave oven and coffee machine. The room, illuminated by a large Velux, is equipped with a comfortable French bed, a small wardrobe and a drawer. In addition, both the sleeping area and the living area are equipped with independent air conditioning. The bathroom, very bright, is characterized by a large and comfortable shower and glass mosaic walls. You will find hand towels, toiletries, hairdryer and a small first aid kit.
