Beautiful country cottage in the city

Enjoy staying at our charming Georgian cottage in leafy Roundhay, a 10 minute car ride from the centre of Leeds. There are original features, a wood burning stove, Aga and is within walking distance of Roundhay Park, cafes, bars and restaurants. There will be tea and coffee making facilities, milk in the fridge and fresh linen and towels for you! We hope you find it comfortable, stylish and well equipped! We consider longer lets too! The space There is plenty of space including a fully equipped kitchen with an Aga (and also a conventional oven) a breakfast bar, downstairs toilet, utility room with washer and dryer, dining room with sitting area, lounge, bathroom with shower and a king and double bedroom. The cottage is perfect for a holiday getaway with lots of nearby attractions for explorers or peaceful stay for business. The area is leafy and in walking distance to Roundhay Park, one of Europe’s biggest parks. It is a short car or bus journey to the city centre and walking distance to the trendy restaurants and bars in Oakwood and Street Lane. There are two off road parking spaces on the property. Guest access The whole cottage is available for you to use except a bedroom upstairs that will be kept locked and empty during your stay. The remaining two bedrooms are free to use. The cellar will also be locked during your stay. Other things to note There will be a handbook in the kitchen with some instructions on how to use some of the amenities.
