Nestled on a quiet street between the petroglyph National monument and the country club golf course is this southwest style home with modern eclectic furnishing. 10-15 minutes away from balloon fiesta park and 10 min from downtown. The back yard is the beginning of the petroglyphs national monument. Front and back balconies provide wonderful views of the sunrise and sun set. Guests do not have access to the gym, garage and attic. If requested in advance the garage may used for guests to access the washer and dryer for additional $20 and guests must agree to conditions of use for this space. I’m always available by phone, email, or the Airbnb app. I have an easy check in and check out system that allows easy guest access without the host having to be present. Host may be more available upon request if I am in the area. This beautiful, and well established neighborhood is an oasis in the city. Situated between country club golf course and petroglyphs National monument, guests can easily walk to the golf course or petroglyphs trail head in less that 5 minutes. Tucked away from loud traffic and busy streets, yet still close enough to all the major roads allowing short travel times to anywhere in the city. Only minutes drive from cottonwood shopping complex. Close to a wide array of great restaurants, activities, and entertainment, its is easy for everyone to find their niche near by. Rental car or Uber are the fastest way to get around. There are easily accessible public transportation walking distance from the front door. Walking distance from paradise hills golf course. Only about a 3 minute walk from the front door, to the petroglyph national monument. Petroglyph National Monument protects one of the largest petroglyph sites in North America, featuring designs and symbols carved onto volcanic rocks by Native Americans and Spanish settlers 400 to 700 years ago. These images are a valuable record of cultural expression and hold profound spiritual significance for contemporary Native Americans and for the descendants of the early Spanish settlers. Only 10 minutes from balloon fiesta park and museum. 17 minute drive from Albuquerque tram to the top of the iconic Sandia mountains
