The apartment is located in a district of Neugablonz from the tranquil, pretty town of Kaufbeuren in a side street (5 km from the center). Shopping facilities are within a 5-minute walk. The outdoor adventure pool is also within a 10-minute walk. Skyline Park is about 15 km away. The front garden with terrace belongs exclusively to the apartment and is available to guests for sunbathing, barbecuing and relaxing. The space The 3-room apartment is part of a complex consisting of a total of 8 apartments. The 60 sqm cozy apartment with gas heating is located on the ground floor and has been freshly renovated and has a special charm due to the additional fireplace in the living room. Features a fitted kitchen (dishes for more than 5 people available), fitted fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob with oven, washing machine is in the bathroom and can be used free of charge. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink and toilet, hairdryer available. The living room of a size of about 25 sqm is inviting for relaxing with a large dining table, desk and cozy couch, which still offers a very comfortable place to sleep. Guest access The whole apartment is only for the guest and his companions, does not have to be shared with anyone. Other things to note The thermal spa in Bad Wörishofen is 10 km away. Füssen with the magnificent castles and lakes can be reached in 40 minutes by car, as well as various ski slopes. If the children are even smaller, a district of Kaufbeuren also offers a children's lift. You can reach the romantic town of Landsberg am Lech in 30 minutes, Ammersee and Wörthsee as well. Munich is about 80 km away and can be reached hourly by train. If you visit us in early/mid-July, we will host the medieval, traditional "dance festival," where about 1400 children participate.
