The space La Casa de Sofía "Enjoy the Unique"......Built in 2010 in the heart of "O Baixo Miño", it is part of a small development of five independent villas, in a very quiet area just outside Tui. It is located on a plot facing south, very sunny all day and enjoys beautiful views of the natural surroundings in which it is located. It has an ideal maximum capacity of six adults and two children or young people. It has modern decoration and an original layout, open and integrated with the outdoor spaces: terraces, garden, pool and barbecue. Below we explain our house..... Indoor area: - Day area distributed in a large, very bright living room with fireplace, designer furniture and leather sofa, it is integrated with the dining room and the spectacular fully equipped designer kitchen with functional peninsula for breakfasts, lunches or informal dinners, express coffee maker. -Office located in the loft of the living room. -Night area: three double bedrooms and a children's/youth bedroom with a trundle bed. Two spacious bathrooms equipped with a hairdryer, towels, complimentary amenities, thermostatic faucets, piped music. One of the bathrooms is integrated into the master bedroom and has a bathtub and shower. TV in the double bedrooms and living room, music throughout the house, high-quality designer furniture in all rooms. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the property. Other things to note During your stay, we may need to access the plot to do garden and pool maintenance work. This work usually takes less than 45 minutes and is usually done in the morning.
