The space Upon arrival, you will be transported elsewhere: Greek colonnades framing the patio, marine portlots, passenger ramps. A comfortable, light-filled lounge welcomes you on the ground floor, opening onto the dining room with its large table, ready to accommodate young and old alike. The kitchen, fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher - and all the small appliances needed: Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, pierrade) extends this friendly space, with direct access to the terrace away from the sun. The sleeping area occupies the upper floors with five comfortable bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom opening onto the ocean (beautiful sea view), a second bedroom with two single beds, a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower, and a separate toilet on the landing. On the second floor, there are three lovely bedrooms, two of which have sea views. One is a double room with a small ensuite bathroom, and the third has a shower room with a toilet. Storage in all rooms. A mezzanine library between the ground floor and the 1st offers an additional relaxation area where you can lounge with a good novel or give yourself a small discreet nap in an armchair... Two private terraces where you can relax after a day at the beach: one under the colonnades, sheltered from view by the bignonia and palm tree and furnished with a small garden set, and the other at the rear of the house, private and shaded, opening onto the dining area and kitchen, offering the conviviality of an adjustable table with benches and a barbecue, where you can sit and enjoy line-caught sea bass, prawns and crab... Guest access The entire villa is accessible: 4 levels (2 floors / one mezzanine), or 160 square meters of living space. Other things to note Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee maker (accepts pods from different brands sold in supermarkets), Bodum press coffee maker (large model + small model), a hair dryer in each bathroom, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, barbecue, pierrade grill, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, board games, and a large number of books for children and adults. Baby bed, high chair. The villa must be left clean and in order as it was found upon arrival. Cleaning is not included: it is the responsibility of guests staying in the villa to tidy and clean the spaces made available to them so that, upon departure, the villa is in a perfectly clean and tidy condition for the next tenants. A cleaning fee is offered on request (contact us): notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Linens are included for any stay of at least one week (7 nights). Sheets, 1 bath towel per person, tea towels. Linens are extra for any stay of less than a week. The guest can choose to come with their own sheets and towels. Or a package including sheets / shower towels / dish towels can be offered for a fee of €150. The villa is located in a quiet area.
