There is shared access to a beautiful outdoor pool with a waterfall and an outdoor hot tub (both seasonal). Guest access Premier Cottages is located less than 5 miles from downtown Berlin. The town of Berlin features over 60 shops full of antiques, furniture, homemade goods, and much more. A car is recommended in order to get from your cottage to the town of Berlin. Berlin offers public parking once you have arrived. Guests can park in town and walk the shops and restaurants. Other things to note There is a shared outdoor pool and hot tub. Also, kindly note, our cottage is non-smoking. Guests are welcome to bring up to two, 55-pound dogs with them, to stay.
